The Melnichenko Foundation supports gifted children studying exact sciences and facilitates the social mobility of talented youth. The foundation carries out this work via ten after-school STEM centers in regional cities of Russia, which it created and continues to support. We also hold Olympiads and engineering competitions, organize camps and provide career guidance to young people.
