7. This Consent may be withdrawn by the User by sending a written statement in any form to the Operator's address via email at contact@aimfond.ru or by any other method that allows for unambiguous confirmation of its receipt by the addressee.
8. This Consent is valid for an indefinite period until it is withdrawn by the User or the Operator is liquidated. This Consent shall terminate from the date specified in the User's statement of withdrawal of Consent, but not earlier than the date following the date of the Operator's actual receipt of the withdrawal of Consent.
9. The User is informed that the Operator, which issued the corresponding instruction (consent), shall be liable to the User for the actions of the person processing their personal data on behalf of the Operator.
